Description
The Chromed Linear Shaft Guide is a round precision shaft for use with compatible linear bearings and shaft supports. It is suitable for CNC machines, automation systems and general machine construction.

The hardened surface and controlled shaft tolerance make this guide suitable for use with common round linear bearings where smooth, repeatable movement is required.
Applications
Suitable for CNC machines, packaging and printing machinery, automation equipment and other machines using round-shaft linear motion components.
Typical uses include machine axes, sliding tables, positioning assemblies, compact automation mechanisms and custom linear-motion projects.
Selection
Choose the shaft diameter to match the corresponding linear bearing or shaft support. Available diameters are 12, 16, 20, 25, 30 and 40 mm; available lengths depend on the selected diameter and are shown in the table above.
For longer shafts or applications with higher loads, consider the required rigidity and support arrangement when selecting the shaft diameter and mounting components.
Installation Notes
Keep the shaft surface clean during assembly and avoid scratches or clamping marks in the bearing travel area. When using two parallel shafts, align the supports carefully so the linear bearings can move freely without unnecessary resistance.
