CNC-X-Axis Heavy Alu Profile 235×125 is a structural aluminum profile designed for building CNC routers and similar machines where a rigid and stable X-axis is required.

This profile is a larger and heavier version of the CNC-X-Axis Alu Profile 200×96, developed for machines that require increased structural strength and higher load capacity on the X-axis. With a weight of 14.8 kg per meter and cross-section dimensions of 235 × 125 mm, this profile provides additional mass and structural stiffness compared to the smaller 200×96 model.

The design allows integration of typical CNC motion components such as:

• Linear guideways (HIWIN compatible standard)
• Ball screws
• Rack and pinion drive systems
• Mounting plates for gantry assemblies

This makes the profile suitable for building larger CNC routers, milling machines, and heavy gantry structures. The internal geometry of the profile is designed to distribute loads along the structure and to provide stable mounting surfaces for mechanical components used in CNC machines. This aluminum profile can be used as the main structural element of the X-axis, supporting the gantry and Z-axis assembly in CNC router constructions.

If you want to use another standard socket bolt, then you have to reduce the diameter of the head to fi9mm on the grinding machine. You can do this by clamping the threaded part of the M6*20 bolt in the drill chuck and rotating the screw head on the grinding stone until you get lower diameter (See the example in the picture below).

CNC-X-Axis Heavy Alu Profile 235×125 is designed to be used with SFU20XX or SFU25XX Ball-Screw size model and HGR20 linear guideways with HGH20 linear blocks (HGR20 HIWIN or other with same sizes)

Recommended configurations:

Medium-duty setup: HGR20 + SFU20xx + FK15/FF15
Higher-load setup: HGR20 + SFU25xx + FK17/FF17
