- Running Time: 1 ∼ 60 seconds
- Working interval setting time: 3 ∼ 999 minute

Important Notes:
Do not reuse or recycle oil – always use fresh oil of the correct grade.
Choose lower ISO VG grades (e.g., 15, 22, 32) for colder environments or lighter operating conditions.
Use higher ISO VG grades (e.g., 46, 68) for warmer climates or heavier loads.
Oils outside this viscosity range (e.g., SAE 30 ≈ ISO VG 100) are not suitable.
Recommended Lubricants for the Pump (ISO VG 15–68)
For proper operation and to prevent damage, use new industrial lubricants within the viscosity range ISO VG 15–68 (measured at 40°C).
Suitable Lubricants:
- ISO VG 15
- ISO VG 22
- ISO VG 32
- ISO VG 46
- ISO VG 68
These grades are defined by the ISO Viscosity Grade (ISO VG) standard.
Compatible Oil Types:
- Hydraulic oils (e.g., ISO VG 32, 46, 68)
- Industrial circulating oils
- Linear guideWays oils (e.g., Shell Tonna S2 M 32, Shell Tonna S2 M 68) for CNC and Milling machine slideways

The ELOP-1.5 series gear pump is a completely automatic control oil pump; the working time ranges from 1 to 60 seconds and the intermittent time ranges from 3 to 999 minutes. High effectiveness, a compact structure that can be utilized with a volumetric oil separator, pressure relief, etc. Gears, guideway rail lubrication, chain, CNC linear bearings, woodworking machinery, textile machinery, elevators, etc. To eliminate the necessity for manual operation, lubricated at locations such as strips, etc., and used with centralized lubrication accessories
Working Principle of the Pump
The pump operates as a pressure-controlled automatic lubrication system:
Interval Timing: The control unit keeps the pump idle for a preset interval (e.g., 10–999 minutes).
Lubrication Phase: When the interval ends, the pump runs for a set time (e.g., 1–60 seconds), delivering oil under pressure to all lubrication points.
Pressure Detection:
A pressure sensor monitors the system pressure during each cycle.
When the required pressure is reached, the system confirms proper lubrication.
If the pressure is not reached within the lubrication time, the system triggers an alarm like ErP or something else indicating a possible blockage or low oil level.
- This means that at the end of the hose, the pump requires some resistance — in this case, a volumetric oil distributor which, once filled, blocks the flow and creates backpressure. The pump detects this backpressure and ends the lubrication cycle.
Automatic Repeat: The cycle repeats continuously to ensure reliable and consistent lubrication.
