F1510‑T Remote Control

Overview

The F1510‑T Remote Control is a robust wireless transmitter-receiver solution tailored for Fangling CNC plasma controllers (F2100, F2300, F2500). It operates over the license-free 433 MHz ISM band, offering two-way communication with a working range exceeding 30 meters.

Connectivity & Wiring

• Receiver Modes (via jumper switch):
  • 8421 mode: Encoded digital output across up to 16 channels.
  • IO mode: Each of up to 16 outputs functions independently.
• Address Matching: Supports up to 128 distinct address pairs, manually configured to avoid cross-interference.
• Control Wiring: Outputs deliver dry contacts or 24 VDC signals. Each output has a dedicated LED indicator. These can be wired directly to CNC controller input pins (e.g. Start, Stop, Torch Up/Down, Jog, Preheat).

Power & Operation

• Transmitter Battery: Dry battery providing over 6 months of active use; approx 3 months standby.
• Communication Stability: Employs two-way data exchange and hardware/software error correction for reliable signal transmission.

The F1520 system upgrades to the 2.4 GHz ISM frequency, extending reliable remote-control range to over 200 meters, making it ideal for large-floor shops or spacious industrial setups.

Connectivity & Wiring

• RS‑232 Serial Interface: The F1520‑R receiver connects via a standard RS‑232 DB9 connector, plugging directly into the CNC controller’s serial port (e.g. labeled CN5 or CN6).
• Direct Connection: Uses standard male/female DB9 cable—no intermediate relays or adapters required.
• Compatibility Notes: Some controllers (e.g. Fangling F2000 V4.0) may not include RS‑232 as standard and require customization at order stage.

Power & Operation

• Transmitter Battery: Same dry battery design as the F1510‑R, with similar 6‑month runtime and 3‑month standby.
