Description
The HGR Guideways Limiter is a compact mechanical stop for HGR profile linear guide rails. It allows the carriage travel to be limited at a selected position on the rail and is useful for machine setup, travel restriction and protection against unwanted overtravel.
Available versions match HGR15, HGR20, HGR25 and HGR30 rail sizes. Select the limiter according to the installed HGR rail series.

Function and Applications
The limiter creates a fixed mechanical boundary directly on the guide rail. It can be positioned where required to shorten the usable stroke or prevent the carriage from moving beyond a chosen point.

Installation Notes

This product is a mechanical stop and does not replace controller soft limits, electrical limit switches or other machine safety functions where these are required.
