Description
Details
NVEM V5 Mach3 CNC Ethernet Controller is an upgraded version capable of handling signals up to 300 Khz. NVEM V5 Mach3 CNC Ethernet Controller is the 3-6-axis motion controller, it supports Mach3 software and standard MPG through Ethernet to communicate with the PC and CNC machine. NVEM motion controller adopts the ARM design framework. The ARM design includes communication, code analytics, underlying algorithm, and pulse generation. Rational design, reliable control, and convenient operation.
Some customers ask about a USB version, but we don’t offer it because the connection is unstable. For reliable communication, we recommend the ETHERNET model.
Products Specification:
- Support Ethernet.
- 12 ports photoelectric isolated input interface for ordinary digital data.
- 10 ports photoelectric isolated output interface for ordinary digital data.
- 1 port 0-10V spindle speed analog output interface (can change to PWM output).
- Can support 3-6 axis stepper systems, 200KHz pulse output for every axis.
- ARM motion control chip.
- Main device is 12V-32 VDC power supply input, the current should be higher than 0.5A.
- Compatible with MPG input, support the digital display MPG from our company.
To use the MACH3 Ethernet Breakout Board NVEM CNC Controller, you will need to install the MACH3 software on your computer and configure it to communicate with the breakout board. You will also need to connect the breakout board to your CNC machine using the appropriate cables and set up any necessary software drivers. Once everything is set up, you should be able to control your CNC machine using the MACH3 software.
All necessary elements for connection and adjustment are included in the set you receive when ordering.

NVMPG CNC 6-Axis MPG Handwheel
NVMPG CNC 6-Axis MPG Handwheel is suitable for NVUM/NVEM/UC300/NC300/NC500/LAN5060T4 Mach 3 controllers and can manual jog all kinds of machinery such: CNC routers/plasma/mills, CNC laser cutters, and even large format 3D printers.
NVMPG CNC 6-Axis MPG Handwheel consists of 2.2″ TFT screen, 10 buttons and 8-wire control line, voltage 5VDC which can be supplied by the Mach3 controller. Handwheel is directly connected to Mach 3 controller( connection diagram provided in the package). The coordinates and some other parameters are displayed on the screen. The user can change the axis/rate and can also operate more functions e.g. ZERO/ GOTO 0/ HOME by buttons. The NVMPG’s encoder is the same as general MPG, but the choice of axis and rate uses USART port instead of general port.
Specification:
- Model: NVMPG CNC 6-Axis MPG Handwheel
- Can control 6-axis (X,Y,Z,A,B,C) stepper or servo motors
- 2.2 TFT screen
- 10 buttons and 8-wire control line

Configuration & use
Button1 (START): After loading G code, push this button to run G code.
Button2 (AXIS↑):
Button3 (AXIS↓): AXIS↑ and AXIS↓ are 2 button for change active axis. Each axis has a block above the axis label. Active axis’ block is yellow, and invalid axis’ block is black.
You can notice the color of the block when you change active axis.
Button4 (SPINDLE): Open or shut down the spindle.
Button5 (X1/X10/X100): Change the rate of MPG, The rate of MPG is displayed on the screen.
Button6 (HOME): Push this button is making machine to find its Machine zero port. If you set an active axis, e.g. X, then push this button is going to find X axis’ machine zero port. Or if you set no active axis, then push this button is going to find all axes’ machines zero port.
Button7 (GOTOZ): Push is button is making machine to go to workpiece zero port. The method refers to button 6.
Button8 (ZERO): Push this button is making current coordinates to 0. The method refers to button 6.
Button9 (1/2): Push this button is making current coordinates halve. The method refers to button 6.
Button10 (RESET): This button is RESET function.
