Description

The Plastic Handle is a robust industrial pull handle for modular aluminium profile constructions, machine guards, access doors, panels and workshop enclosures. Its reinforced nylon body provides a lightweight, corrosion-resistant grip for frequently operated doors and covers, while the simple two-point mounting makes it easy to integrate into T-slot profile assemblies and other machine-frame applications. Two sizes are available, PH-120 and PH-180, allowing the handle size to be matched to the enclosure, door or operating area.

Industrial polyamide handles are widely used on machinery and modular profile systems because they combine low weight, electrical insulation and a comfortable hand grip with good resistance to everyday workshop use.

Models, Dimensions and Technical Data

The table below compares the two available handle sizes. Use the dimensional drawing together with the table when selecting the correct model for your application.

Key Features

  • Reinforced nylon construction: Lightweight and suitable for regular handling in industrial and workshop environments.
  • Two handle sizes: PH-120 and PH-180 provide practical options for compact panels, larger doors and machine enclosures.
  • Ergonomic pull-handle shape: Rounded gripping surfaces provide comfortable access for opening guards, doors, covers and panels.
  • For modular machine frames: Well suited to aluminium profile structures, CNC enclosures, workstations and automation equipment.
  • Simple mechanical mounting: The two-point fixing arrangement supports fast installation with standard hardware selected for the profile slot.

Applications

These handles are intended for machine doors, protective covers, CNC router and milling-machine enclosures, control cabinets, workstations, inspection panels and other assemblies built from modular aluminium profiles. The black reinforced nylon construction also makes them suitable where a non-metallic handle is preferred for low weight, clean appearance and electrical insulation.

Assembly and Bolt Selection

Mount the handle through its fixing holes and select the bolt length to suit the aluminium profile slot and the surrounding assembly. The existing Vallder mounting reference for this product is:

  • Slot 40: Socket Bolt M8 × 16 or M8 × 18
  • Slot 30: Socket Bolt M8 × 12

Before final tightening, check that the handle sits flat against the mounting surface and that the selected fastener length does not interfere with adjacent components inside the profile slot.

Choosing PH-120 or PH-180

Choose PH-120 where installation space is limited or a more compact grip is preferred. Choose PH-180 for larger access doors and panels where the longer handle provides more gripping area. Confirm the required fixing geometry against the dimensional drawing before machining holes or ordering mounting hardware.
